This PR is for adding new CI scripts for testing on ALCF Aurora. Notably, ALCF Aurora testing no longer uses Cray software modules and instead uses
LD_PRELOAD(with this variable set in thempiexeccommand within the pbs-submit script).I also reordered the naming of some existing tests so that everything is more consistent (i.e., <system>-<instrumentation method>).
